The registration for Fall Soccer 2019 is now open.
Click on the link below to get the manual registration form. Please fill out a paper copy and bring in to City Hall. 621 W. Broad Street, Pataskala Ohio 43062. After business hours (8am-4pm) please drop in the box in the front of the building. July 7th is the last day to turn in your forms to have a guaranteed spot in the Pataskala Youth Soccer League.
