The city’s Finance Department has just created the first-ever Popular Annual Financial Report, or PAFR for 2016. The purpose of this 10-page document is to provide Pataskala residents with a ‘snap shot’ view of city finances, including our outstanding debt. We are always working to identify ways to improve transparency and communication between the city and its residents, and believe that this report goes a long way toward that goal. In addition to being published on the city’s website, copies of the report will also be mailed to every resident address on file, and will be available at the city’s tent during the annual Street Fair. We encourage all residents to read the report, and familiarize yourself with the strong financial condition of the city.
