A Message from Councilman Barstow

” I have not missed a single Council meeting in my six years on Council.  During that time, I have consistently advocated for responsible use of your taxes; improving public safety services; and providing high quality roads, bridges, sidewalks, and utilities.  I have opposed “cookie cutter” residential developments along with new apartments.  I know I do not have all the answers and always invite suggestions, comments, etc.  Please contact me at tbarstow@ci.pataskala.oh.us or 740 927 4693.  I look forward to continuing to serve you.”
