Please be aware that Mink Street will be closed at Broad Street both Thursday and Friday, November 17^th and 18^th during paving operations.  Throughout this time period, there will be no access from Broad Street to Mink Street north or south, or from Mink Street north or south to Broad Street.  East and westbound traffic on Broad Street will be maintained with one lane by use of flaggers.  Mink Street traffic will be routed to Broad Street via posted detours; please plan accordingly.

We anticipate that paving and striping work will be complete at the end of the day Friday, and that traffic conditions will improve.  Please bear with us as we must complete paving work this week while temperatures are still high enough that asphalt can be placed. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask that everyone be courteous to construction workers and fellow motorists and exercise caution in this area.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
