Request for a Parade/Assembly Permit

For organizational and security purposes, no person, group of persons or organization shall conduct or participate in any parade, assemblage or procession other than a funeral procession upon any street or highway, or block off any street or highway area, without first obtaining a permit from the City Administrator.

Applying for a Permit

To apply for a permit, fill out the following form. All form submissions must be submitted at least 2 days in advance of the event or gathering. Permit applicants must demonstrate that the event will be conducted in a lawful manner and will not interfere with public safety. An expected number of participants should be supplied, as well as the location, parade route and other related information.
