Our Mission Statement
Our mission is simple: On behalf of the Citizens of Pataskala, all members of the Utility Department serve on the front line as protectors of the environment. Our natural environment and our impact directly affects the health of our residents. We take our responsibility seriously and aim to provide safe, great tasting water to our customers, while also meeting all Ohio EPA Health and Environmental Standards in an economically friendly way. When you turn on your faucet, we expect excellent quality every time. We also strive to protect our natural water ways in and around Pataskala that are used for recreational purposes and eventually becomes a drinking water source for other communities. The Department is also committed to providing excellent customer service by providing proactive maintenance and service to all of our water and wastewater infrastructure and facilities.
