Pataskala is served by 2 state routes SR 310 running North and South and SR 16 (Broad St.) running East and West. This strategic location offers unmatched access to expansive development sites and business assets in and around the area. The City’s excellent transportation network conveniently links goods, services, and an excellent workforce.
Pataskala offers a wide range of incentives to encourage investment in the community. Any business in Pataskala that imports or exports goods internationally can obtain Foreign Trade Zone status as part of the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, FTZ 138 region. The City boasts several Community Reinvestment Areas (CRA) that offer real property tax abatement for qualifying private sector investment. Pataskala Corporate Park:
Located close to Interstate 70 and SR 40, The Pataskala corporate park contains nearly 1000 acres of land that can be developed. Our corporate park carries a Community Reinvestment Act designation allowing for tax abatements granted on a case-by-case basis by City Council. The Corporate Park is bordered on the south by Refugee Rd., on the west by Mink St., on the east by Columbia Rd., and on the North by Broad St (SR 16).
