Acquiring a Solicitor’s Permit

Any individual wishing to sell non-food products to the citizens of the City of Pataskala must submit a request for and acquire a solicitor’s permit. Without this license, no person or group should attempt to solicit or sell products, goods, wares or services to other individuals. The permit process typically takes 2-5 business days and includes a background check and fee.
