Street Light Maintenance: City-Owned Lights Located Within Subdivisions

The City of Pataskala is also responsible for maintaining the street lights located within subdivisions. These lights are the property of the City, therefore, any and all maintenance must be completed by City personnel or a contractor hired by the City. Our goal is to have a street light repaired within 24 hours from when it is reported. However, this timeframe can be slightly lengthened if numerous repairs are required. To report a street light that needs repair, please contact Jessica Cumbo, Administrative Assistant, at 740-927-2021 or jcumbo@ci.pataskala.oh.us.

Street Light Maintenance – AEP-Owned Lights

AEP-owned street lights are located in various areas of the City. The AEP lights are installed on wooden utility poles and extend out over the street from the pole. This picture shows what the AEP street likes look like. The City coordinates repairs with AEP for repair of these lights. Ultimately, the repairs are scheduled and completed by AEP. Repairs of these lights generally take slightly longer than the repair of the City owned lights in subdivisions. To report an AEP street light that needs repair, please contact Jessica Cumbo, Administrative Assistant, at 740-927-2021 or at jcumbo@ci.pataskala.oh.us.
